Minicab Controller

All time radio cars is looking to recruit experienced controllers to join our dedicated team at our Uxbridge office. All Time Radio Cars has been established since. and are dedicated to providing high quality private hire vehicles to the local and surrounding community. Successful applicants must speak fluent English and have a solid understanding of industry processes within the private hire sector. Applicants must also display professional telephonist skills and etiquette as well as superior communication skills working in high stress environments. A strong geographical understanding of London, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and the surrounding area is essential.

Applicants require **1 years experience **in mini cab controlling. **Flexibility, punctua lity and professionalism **is required. You would be controllingdrivers on a night shift working approximately. Per shift.

Duties involve:

- Answering incoming calls and making bookings

- Using state of the art dispatch system
- Dealing with customers, drivers and colleagues in a polite and professional manner at all times
- Ad-hoc duties as necessary
