**Insulation Manager**

**Full Job Description**

Pro Insulation UK is a family owned company specialising in loft insulation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive to assigned job locations daily, ensuring timely arrival and preparedness.
- Execute loft insulation installation, removal, and loft boarding tasks as per job requirements.
- Install and occasionally remove loft insulation materials with precision and attention to detail.
- Proficiently install and uninstall loft boards, optimising space functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, leaving the job site in impeccable condition.
- Prioritise customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintaining a professional demeanour.
- Collect payment from customers after completing each job and ensuring accurate documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in loft insulation installation and removal.
- Familiarity with loft boarding procedures.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach job sites.
- Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time efficiently.
- Physical fitness to handle manual labor and work comfortably in confined spaces.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment.
- Professionalism in handling customer interactions and financial transactions.
- Must be able to work with a variety of materials including but not limited to: fibreglass, and other insulating materials.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret drawings as well as do basic calculations.
