The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Brand Experience Specialist based in Glasgow. This is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 weeks with Blue Square, supporting and working closely with our client. This position is offering between £85 to £100 per day, with a great performance related bonus.

This is the perfect role if you want the opportunity to:

The Role

With all the exciting new technology on the horizon, we are looking for proactive, engaging, and confident brand experience specialists to join our team in a brand-new pop-up event. You will be the essential link between our products/services and our customers, providing an excellent customer journey from start to finish. You will be creating excitement and a buzz around our products and services by sharing your expert knowledge, boosting brand love, and really driving advocacy.

To be successful, you will be confident in proactively approaching customers and really enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Through the exceptional service you provide, you will show pride, passion, and performance in all that you do building the bond between our customers and our client.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be an advocate for the brand, product, and solution
- Provide positive, engaging, and meaningful customer interactions
- Increase attraction and awareness of our clients’ products and proposition
- Gather information to understand the needs of each customer and tailor your approach accordingly to help them get the best service
- Use your expertise to make products, purchases, and solutions seem simple and clear
- Set appropriate expectation and necessary next steps, gaining agreement from the customer on decisions made
- Maintain an expert understanding of all products and services
- Answer all customer queries in relation to our client, even if they are not solely relating to the product or service being promoted
- Provide a personal, friendly, and warm customer journey from beginning to end
- Work collaboratively with the team, sharing best practice and feedback

Skill and Experience

Essential:

- Previous customer service and/or retail experience
- Ability to build strong, meaningful relationships through effective communication
- Passion for technology and customer experience
- Empathetic and demonstrates a genuine interest in the best needs of the customer
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, confident, with an engaging personality
- Able to work as part of a team
- Motivated by sales and targets
