We’re recruiting a Employment Advisor to join our amazing team

Are you passionate about working with people and being part of their journey to find employment?

As an Employment Advisor, you’ll deliver empowering interventions and support enabling participants to take ownership of their Wealth, Wellbeing and Work, through a digital or face to face service. You’ll be required to develop a rapport with employers and participants, to identify needs and deliver timebound MOT guided self-assessment with regular reviews (6 and 12 weeks) with assigned participants.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we offer a competitive salary range** £26500 - £29545 **per annum (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

**Location**:East Anglia with a base location in Norwich

**Hours**: The core working hrs 8-8 incl weekend working, however this will be covered over a rota period and will be confirmed

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Excellent people person with very competent communication skills
- You’ll also organise and conduct job-search,
- Identify any potential barriers to employment.
- Ensuring all paper-based employability tools such as covering letters, CV’s, speculative letters are in place

**Skills and Experience**:
**Essential**
- A good working knowledge of the local labour market in the specified geographical locations
- Knowledge of the careers, employability and recruitment industries
- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at Grade C or above
- Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes to include 365 products and modern digital technologies, i.e. Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- Experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards

**Desirable**
- Level 3 or above qualification in Careers, Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG)
- Experience of working with people in the provision of CIAG
- Full driving licence to enable deployment across a specified geographical area (region), when required
