**Warehouse Operatives** **(20 positions available)

**Location**:The Works, Hams Hall Distribution Park, Coleshill, Birmingham, B46 1AL.

**Shifts**:

- 6am - 2pm (National Living Wage)
- 2pm - 10pm (National Living Wage +10% shift premium)

**Overtime**:

- Paid as ‘Time and a Half’

Our Warehouse Operatives are stock-picking legends - A powerhouse team, efficiently running our day-to-day warehouse operations, and proudly getting orders ready for delivery. With your skills, you’ll pick orders efficiently, punctually, and safely, so everything runs smoothly, and get to the right place at the right time.

We take pride in handpicking our products as you never know, it could be a child’s first book, or new tools for a creative maestro to craft their latest artistic masterpiece. We help inspire our customers with one perfectly selected item at a time that arrive in pristine condition ready for them to read, learn, create, or play

**What you’ll be doing as a Warehouse Operative**

Now, we won't sugar-coat it — this role can be physically demanding. You'll be lifting, carrying, and moving stock to get your daily workout in. But fear not, because teamwork is your secret weapon to meeting our daily targets.
- Picking stock using a handset and LLOP (low-level order picker) - our trusty hand pump truck for efficient stock movement onto pallets.
- Ensuring accurate order picking with the handset.
- Working towards pick rate targets to keep our order fulfilment on track.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy warehouse through good housekeeping practices.
- Complying with health and safety measures to protect yourself and your teammates.

**Experience that will set you apart**
- **Previous Warehouse experience? Tick** **- Now, you don’t need to be a veteran, as we're here to support you, but experience of working in a warehouse environment is key for us. We’ll help you level and get enough XP to become one of our stock-picking legends
