An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Adult and Older People Social Work Team, Winsford. We are looking to appoint a Social Care Assessor. You will need to have excellent organisational skills and demonstrate sound decision making. You will be expected to be an active and motivated member of the team and support each other with duty, complex and challenging cases and share knowledge and experiences with your team. You will be required to have strong core values and have an excellent knowledge of the Care Act 2014, the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and other relevant legislation to promote independence, dignity, and respect as well as safeguarding those most vulnerable in our community.
