**You’ll need proven experience in**
- Demonstrating a logical approach to rota management and competent IT skills
- Co-ordinating staff to meet individual’s needs
- The ability to prioritise and multitask at all times
- Excellent communication and strong teamwork skills
- Understanding person-centred care and support provision
- Working in the learning disability or care sector (desirable)
**You’ll be**
- **Working closely with the Branch Management Team** - to ensure the efficient and professional running of our services
- **Organising the rota’s and covering the shifts **- to ensure maximum delivery to the people we support
- **Liaising with stakeholders** - to ensure both staff and service user satisfaction
- **Promoting our high quality standards **- we have a strong reputation for high quality person-centred support
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £22,253.00 per year
