Impact Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a **Supply Chain Coordinator** to join an established company in the Northampton area. Our client is seeking an experienced and skilled administrator with good knowledge of supply chain processes and demand planning.

This is a key role within the business and will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the supply chain are operating efficiently and meeting business standards.

**Key duties and responsibilities of the Supply Chain Coordinator**:

- Review POs and orders to local and worldwide suppliers.
- Monitor and update stock data including due dates for the benefit of the wider business.
- Develop good working relationships with suppliers, logistics, and transport providers.
- Accurately forecast for short and long-term demand planning.
- Liaise with the product department to ascertain variances in demand and plan accordingly.
- Liaise with warehouse to ensure deliveries are booked in on time.
- Provide general operations support including answering queries and maintaining data.
- Manage items through lifecycle and resolve issues such as goods damaged in transit.
- Adhere to health & safety procedures and policies.

**Key experience and skills required for the Supply Chain Coordinator**:

- Previous experience in a supply chain or purchasing environment.
- Strong understanding of demand planning and supply chain processes
- Sound IT literacy
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Sage 200 is highly beneficial, as is any experience in wholesale or aftermarket sectors.
- Highly self-motivated with excellent planning and organisation.
- Ability to organise own workload with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to build relationships.
- Proactive and competent problem solver.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
