**Winn Group**, home to _Winn Solicitors, On Medical_ and _On Hire_, is a leading North East business providing nationwide accident management and rehabilitation services for victims of non-fault accidents.

**Working within our dedicated Development team, we are looking for someone with a passion and energy for coding, and program writing in a number of different disciplines.**

The landscape is quickly changing, with numerous programs, such as Python,.Net, C#, C++, XML and JSON, becoming more of a requirement in the legal marketplace.

We are looking for someone who has an appropriate Degree, relevant to coding and programming languages, with some experience in programming and who is familiar with some or all of the languages detailed above.

This role will involve:

- Programming and design of various systems used by Winn Group
- Working alongside our existing developers on new and existing processes
- Exploring new technologies to enhance the offering provided by Winn Group

We are looking for someone with a huge desire to learn and to quickly pick up the different programming languages, to the benefit of both themselves and the organisation.
