Vip Hostess

The most unique bar in the heart of Wind Street is looking to grow its family.

We are looking for 1 Hostess with **GREAT ATTITUDE**.

If you’re a strong character who enjoys a night life shift and loves a weekend vibe, this could be you.

As a hostess in Heaven you will be responsible for taking and fulfilling VIP bookings remotely, whilst providing exceptional service ensuring the guests experience runs smoothly.

Essential responsibilities
- Supporting and promoting Heaven’s culture and high service standards at all times
- Responsible for having knowledge of the types of drinks served, such as cocktails ( training will be provided )and promoting and upselling drink packages, whilst delivering exceptional table service to VIP guests
- Able to anticipate guests needs and check in on them regularly
- VIP host will be expected to be visible during opening times and available to welcome guests to the venue.

Hours are evenings and weekends

Rates of pay starts at £11 per hour depending on experience plus bonus. As a host in Heaven you will be responsible for taking and fulfilling VIP bookings remotely, whilst providing exceptional service ensuring the guests experience runs smoothly.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Swansea, SA1 1DW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
