We are continuing to operate and are looking for motivated people to join our Technical Team as a Quality Auditor. **Purpose of the role**:
The Quality Auditor will report into the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all quality checks are carried out to the correct standard and any non-conformances are reported immediately to the relevant Section and Quality Manager.

**Key responsibilities as a Quality Auditor**:

- Product Quality QAS - Inspecting product against customer quality contract agreements
- GMP Audits - conduct against a scheduled frequency to ensure good manufacturing practice at site.
- Bone checks

-Carbon Dioxide Verification / Pressure Test Verification -Product sampling against micro schedule / Hand and Glove swabbing against micro schedule
- Temperature checks and verification
- Test Panel start and end of life
- Paperwork checks (traceability) - ensure all paperwork is completed in full, in line with company procedures and legal requirements.
- Carry out verification checks of calibration of measuring equipment in accordance with the schedule.
- Participate in HACCP teams where applicable
- Maintain filing of record documents and archiving
- To be aware of and adhere to Health and Safety Procedures, encouraging safe working behaviours
- Traceability - supporting the QA Process Leader in conducting Traceability in accordance with the scheduled frequency and as required

- Ability to work independently or as a valued member of a team
- Communicate effectively to others with regards to Food Quality & Food Safety Issues

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (with potential opportunity for hours to increase to support Hygiene or Production areas)
