A top 200 UK law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the Part Exchange team in their busy and expanding Residential Development team. **The Opportunity**:

- Join a highly regarded national residential development department that acts for the top housebuilders in the UK and become an integral member of the part exchange team.
- Deal with a wide range of transactions including leasehold and unregistered properties bought and sold by way of part exchange by housebuilders as part of their plot sales procedure.
- Work with knowledgeable and engaging colleagues, continuously learning and developing your expertise, and benefit from the firm’s commitment to supporting ongoing training and development opportunities.

**You will have**:

- 5+ years’ general residential conveyancing experience and part exchange experience.
- Ability to run a transaction from initial instruction to post-completion completely independently.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
