The business has gone through a recent acquisition and are looking for a Client Accounting Manager to come into a newly formed role and take complete ownership on the management and leadership of the Accounting Teams.

To give you an idea of what you'll be doing, here are some key points of the role:

- You will lead, manage, and own the Client Accounting team, to ensure efficiency is delivered
- Produce the Monthly Management Information is produced with key data for presentation and the monthly Operational Board Meetings
- Set the standard for good practice and what is expected in the Client Accounting team
- Maintain and develop policies and procedures, driving standardisation (where appropriate) and change
- Review existing client accounting managers, experience, training, and competency
- Development and preparation of a monthly dashboard to inform the CFO and Managing Directors of the status of client accounting
- Develop a plan to consolidate the smaller remote client accounting teams into the main centres
- Work in partnership with Finance Directors, Client Accounting Managers, and their teams to identify synergies and share best practice

The Successful Client Accounting Manager will have:

- You will have experience in working in a similar environment as a Client Accountant
- You will have either managed, trained, or mentored as a part of your experience
- Experience within Internal Audit and External Audit is desirable
- A good understanding of Risk and Control Environments
- You will thrive in dynamic environments by challenging the norm and drive genuine change across the teams and business

The package on offer is a salary of £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience. You will also have access to the company's benefits / discounts portal.
