As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the surgery you will be working for.

Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments - Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products - Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members - Assist with organizing meetings and events - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent qualification - Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of QuickBooks, Google Suite, and other office software - Excellent typing skills with accuracy and attention to detail - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries in a polite and efficient manner - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
