**Buyer - Housebuilding.**

**North West.**

**c£40,000 + Car + Bonus.**

Cognisant are working with a successful builder of quality homes with plans for considerable growth. They are looking for a Buyer to join the team and manage an efficient material purchasing process.

Key responsibilities:

- Identifying, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers
- Scheduling and placing material and plant orders, whilst being efficient with cost
- Creating and keeping meticulous cost reports
- Resolving issues with suppliers and the delivery of materials
- Ensuring that products comply with the requirements for safety, health, and the environment

You will be an experienced Buyer or an Assistant Buyer looking for your next step, with previous experience in housebuilding. You will have excellent negotiation skills to achieve targets and a strong ability to gather, interpret & present data.

**Salary**: £40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
