**Purpose of role**
To deliver high quality training in line with Company standards and contractual requirements.

Ensure that they work in an effective collaborative manner with MoD staff, displaying the appropriate behaviours at all times.

**Main tasks**
- To deliver training in Electrical & Electronic principles in accordance with the Training Plan and Sultan Training Standing Operating Procedures.
- To assist in maintaining and updating training documentation.
- To assess student course work and provide feedback on performance
- To be responsible for the duty of care of trainees during the delivery of training.
- To carry out equipment maintenance for which suitable qualifications and experience are held.
- Ensure Company security, health, safety and environmental procedures are implemented and complied with at all times.

**What do I need to do the role?**

**Qualifications**
- Level 4 Teaching Qualification / DCTS Defence Train The Trainer Course or equivalent (successful completion)
- Minimum Level 3 Technical Certificate in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Be proficient in the use of IT (hardware/software) within the workplace

**Experience**
- Consolidated experience or directly employed in electrical and electronic engineering principles
- Recent previous instructional experience in a military or civilian electrical and electronic environment
- Experience in the development of electrical and electronic engineering-based training courses

**_You must hold or have ability to obtain SC security clearance_**
