Exam Invigilator

**The Ravensbourne School - Exam Invigilators**

Required for May 2024

**Salary**: £10.65 per hour

The Ravensbourne School is seeking to appoint sessional Exam Invigilators, who have strong communications skills and a calm demeanour, to join our successful invigilation team. Availability during May and June 2023 is essential. The hours are flexible; it may be possible to work full days or just morning or afternoon sessions to cover different combinations of hours during the exam period.

As an Exam Invigilator, you will supervise students taking internal and external examinations throughout the school year. You will assist with setting-up exams by laying out stationery, equipment, and examination papers. You will also assist students prior to the start of exams by directing them to their seats and ensuring they are compliant with JCQ Regulations. At the end of the exams, you will collect and collate scripts in accordance with strict procedures. Providing 1:1 support to individual students with different access arrangements and the supervision of students who have exam clashes is also part of this role.

Successful applicants will be required to complete training prior to taking up post.
