Due to continued growth and increased customer demand, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Club Fitting Specialist to join our elite team at our world class Fit-Build-Play Centre based within Golf It in Glasgow.

You will be expected to:

- Provide our customers with a in depth & industry leading custom fitting experience.
- Continually learn and evolve your knowledge to better the experience for our customers.
- Deliver the company's core principle of “obsessing over our customer’s needs”. Maximising your individual performance and sales opportunities.
- Work in alliance with all sectors of the business & to assist with all Scottsdale customers, not just Fit-Build-Play customers.
- Take ownership of personal development and attend monthly development meetings with the Line manager to discuss future learnings.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Assist in developing custom fitting to any new staff joining the team.
- Working hours will be over 5 days, working a rota basis with colleagues, therefore applicants need to be able to work flexibly between 9am and 6pm Monday-Sunday.

Qualifications:

- Golf Retail: 1 year (preferred)
- Custom Fitting: 1 year (preferred)
- PGA Membership (preferred)

A full PGA qualification is desirable but not essential. We understand that some of the best club fitters have years of experience and a vast knowledge of club fitting without having the PGA badge.

The role will involve other essential tasks necessary within a unique, busy golf retail facility including, but not limited to:

- Customer service administration
- To take part in occasional promotional videos showcasing our facility
- To be able to use your own initiative to explore further development opportunities for yourself and for the business.
