We are on an exciting journey at VWFS UK so join us in the role of **Product Manager **to be apart of our evolving Digital and Direct team.
We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to lead the development and management of our Warranty products. Our Insurance business is evolving and the role of **Product Manager** is at the heart of it with responsibility for creating, developing and delivering commercial products and propositions to market.
Reporting in to the Head of Product you will have responsibility for the development of Approved Used Warranty schemes and Extended Warranty programmes. You will lead the strategic direction, prioritising the roadmap, driving delivery and iterating the proposition to optimise commercial performance of new products and channels.

The Product Manager will work closely with VWG and 3rd Party suppliers, to understand product requirements as well as, collaborate with the wider product and marketing team to deliver on overall product objectives.
This is a collaborative role, working with stakeholders from across the business you will have an opportunity to make a real impact. You will be passionate about representing the voice of our customers and focused on continually improving their end to end experience.
**This is what you will be doing**:
- You will own the products in your domain throughout their lifecycle, defining the roadmap and prioritising the development backlog
- You’ll work closely with the Head of Product supporting the translation of enterprise commercial objectives to local product strategy
- You will operate cross-functionally to drive performance of the product in-life to maximise both customer and commercial value
- You’ll drive action across VWFSUK, working with your peers to deliver your vision to market
- You will engage with, provide insight to, and support senior stakeholders to ensure understanding and buy-in to the products in your domain
- You’ll manage all aspects of the in-life product life-cycle, including customer feedback and issues
