We have an opportunity for an Administrator to join our team based in Newport.

Key Accountabilities will include:

- Answering the telephone and sorting routine enquiries
- Organising and managing the diary of the team if required
- Receiving guests/visitors and co-ordinating meeting requirements as necessary
- Creating and maintaining information on systems and databases
- Creating and maintaining efficient filing systems
- General administrative duties including filing, faxing and photocopying
- General administration duties.

Training will be provided.

- Can work with the team and independently
- Takes on board constructive criticism

Pay & Hours:
Monday - Friday / 9am-5pm / £10.70ph

Overtime/weekends are available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.70 per hour

- Monday to Friday
