Reed - Further Education are seeking an experienced **Lecturer in Plumbing** which is a fantastic opportunity for a plumbing professional to make a career change; down with on the job tools and into the classroom to share your knowledge andexpertise influencing the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

The role of a Plumbing Lecturer is to equip our students with skills for their future through the delivery of outstanding education and training and inspire students to achieve their potential. This role offers you the opportunity to do this every day. Itis the job satisfaction that comes from this that makes a teaching role special.
The key roles of a Lecturer are to deliver excellent teaching, completing the relevant preparation and marking that supports this, and to set SMART targets to enable students to reach their potential.
In this role you will be delivering City & Guilds and BPEC Plumbing qualifications from Level 1 to Level 3, to full and part time students and apprentices. You will work in our well-equipped workshops and online though our virtual learning environment, usingGoogle Classroom.

**What are the required skills and qualifications needed for this role?**
- You will hold a vocational qualification at Level 3, have verifiable industry experience and an assessor's award, you should be willing to work towards a teaching qualification which is key for any lecturing roles.
- You may also be an experience tutor or assessor, looking for a change or a new challenge.**
