Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
The Senior Director, Special Accounts manages and directs a sales force and distribution channel to achieve bookings, revenue and profit targets. S/he is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness within the sales organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Set and achieve annual sales and bookings budgets for the region, in line with Management expectations.
- Report bookings and sales against budget and forecast on a monthly basis, or frequency as advised by the senior management.
- Build and manage a successful sales team in accordance with regional budgets and recruitment guidelines.
- Establish and manage the distributor network including:
- Monitoring performance of distributors.
- Setting distributor budgets and ensuring budget targets are achieved.
- Follow corporate policies and technical procedures.
- Uphold the company's core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct
- Ensure that direct report(s) are trained and evaluated on their knowledge and adherence to the company's values, Code of Ethics and Conduct, and applicable compliance policies
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Marketing or a Technical Degree.
- Minimum 8 years of sales or sales management experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills in both one-on-one situations as well as group presentations and negotiations at the most senior levels.
- Experience in the security screening industry strongly desired.
- Ability to effectively manage both proposals and administrative functions
- Strong ability to set priorities, and efficient manager of time and resources.
- Regular and clear reporting to senior management.
- Solid PC skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Outstanding presentation skills.
