**HR Advisor - Buxton**

**£25,135.53 - £26,791.18 DoE**

Norse Group is a multi-disciplined service provider to a growing portfolio of public and private sector clients, operating through a number of different partnerships and delivering expertise across commercial, care and property consulting.

We are looking to recruit a **HR Advisor** into our team based at Alliance Norse in Buxton.

You will gain valuable hands-on experience in a multi-disciplined organisation, supported by an experienced and knowledgeable team of HR Managers & Business Partners giving you the opportunity to develop your own skills further.

In this role, you will work with the wider team to promote a positive working environment where equality, diversity and inclusivity are embedded whilst providing expert advice to the business giving you responsibility for:

- Performance, disciplinary, grievance and sickness management
- Following group procedure in formal HR meetings, including disciplinary and investigations
- TUPE transfer processes, offering support to HR and operational teams
- Identifying and helping to implement new policies in line with Group changes

This role will challenge you with supporting the implementation of Group HR best practice to a national business, so we are looking for you to have previous experience and knowledge across:

- CIPD Level 3 qualified, with a commitment to continuous professional development
- Proven experience in a HR generalist roles, with examples of dealing with disciplinary, grievance and sickness
- Excellent communication skills, capable of negotiating and influencing
- Ability to form and maintain effective working relationships with all areas of the business
- Any knowledge of working within the public sector of with trade unions would be an advantage
- Ideally, you will have experience supporting HR within a multi-site organisation
- Full UK Driving Licence, as this role will involve occasional travel

This position is being offered on permanent basis working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We will also consider part time flexible working pattern.
