This role will be based on the University campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Do you have experience of providing high level administrative support working in a busy and fast-paced office environment? Are you looking for a varied role that enables you to work across a diverse range of activities with a variety of people? Do you have an ability to prioritise your workload and work flexibly to support a range of activities with competing deadlines and timescales?

The Leeds Institute of Health Sciences (LIHS) is seeking an enthusiastic team player with strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills and excellent attention to detail to provide high level administrative support to Heads of Division and an identified group of academic/academic related staff working on a range of research projects.

The post will appeal to anyone who is looking for a varied and interesting role. Working largely self-directed in your day-to-day work you will demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility and initiative. You will have excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to build productive working relationships with people at all levels across the University and externally. You will have exceptional organisational skills, accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied and busy workload. You will possess excellent IT skills and have a strong working knowledge of all Microsoft packages (or equivalent).
