Job Function & Key Tasks
- To assist in the communication of goods delivery and booking in
- To produce Delivery Notes, Certificates of Conformity.
- Loading and Unloading of Delivery and Collection Vehicles.
- Co-ordinating and marshalling deliveries and checking paperwork / obtaining signatures.
- Booking in goods at Goods Inwards, processing and filing of CoA’s / CoC’s.
- Storing and Retrieval of stock and associated counting / re-labelling and MRP system updates.
- Stock Checking and Perpetual Inventory with adjustments and notification of relevant personnel.
- Space management, stock consolidation, affective use of space
- Housekeeping activities both in the warehouses and the yard areas.
- Supplying daily required parts and raw materials for M&A departments
- Any other items as advised by the Warehouse and Logistics Manager to contribute to the effective operation of the department.

Skills and Experience
- previous experience of working in a production stores environment is essential
- Experience in working to processes compliant with ISO 9001 (and ideally TS16949).
- Current VNA and Counterbalance are essential Forklift Licenses
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Highly motivated - able to work as part of a small team as well as the initiative to work alone when required.
- Able to demonstrate a flexible and dynamic approach to all tasks set.
- Effective time management - able to work within tight timescales in line with production needs.

Education, Experiences & Qualifications
- 2 Years minimum warehouse experience
