**About the Role**

As Houseplant Supervisor you will take charge of our house plant sales area and shop, located in our cafe. You will ensure that the stock is maintained in tip-top condition, and give advice to our customers. You will also regularly order houseplants and pots from our suppliers. A good knowledge of houseplants is essential. We are a small team and always help each other, and you may occasionally be required to cover for cafe staff holidays. Full cafe training will be given.

You'll need to be ambitious, potentially a great team leader, salesperson, plant enthusiast, enjoy demanding physical work, and be motivated to hit targets. Computer literacy is a big advantage. If you can aspire to always move upwards and forwards, as we do, opportunities will be there for you. Our business is growing and dynamic so the desire to go places and challenge yourself is a must.

**Desired Skills/Attributes**
- Retail/Customer Service experience would be an advantage.
- Good Houseplant knowledge, and an appetite to expand on this.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Creativity - you will be required to merchandise.
- Organised, meticulously clean and tidy, and a great team player.

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.50 per hour
