**Service Advisor**

As a Service Advisor you will be one of the first team members that customers encounter either in person or on the telephone when organising post-sale care for their car; and, therefore, you are core to ensuring that customers receive a truly personal, professional experience and positively promoting our company and brand.

It is important that you are adept at remaining calm under pressure; are professional and efficient; have excellent interpersonal communication skills; and understand the importance of coordinating effectively within a team environment.

As part of your role, we want to empower you with the knowledge to assist customers along a seamless journey of vehicle ownership. We will support you with ongoing product training and manufacturer specialist knowledge.

- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Shows warmth and is enthusiastic and well organised
- Strong IT proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly

T W White & Sons is a family run multi franchise dealership, employing over 100 employees in 6 locations across Surrey and Kent. **Responsibilities**
- To welcome customers in person as they enter the showroom, ensure they are handled professionally and courteously and that their requests are managed promptly and effectively
- Liaising with members of the sales team to ensure sale vehicles are serviced and prepped correctly prior to vehicle handover with the new owner
- Assist with vehicle and accounting admin
- Stay abreast of latest industry trends, technology and best practices
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by line manager

**Essential Skills**
- Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written
- Customer centric work attitude
- Strong team-player
- Valid driving license

**Hours**

08.00-18.00 Monday-Friday; alternate Saturday mornings 08.00 to 13.00

Your average working hours are therefore 47.5
