**HR Administrator**
We require an experienced HR Administrator who will create, adapt, and manage confidential and sensitive data, reports, slides and documents. Based in Bradford, this is an in-house role and full time or part time hours will be considered
**Duties will include**
- Creating and amending contracts, letters, and documents
- Managing compliance and right to work checks
- Preparation of data and reports, slides & presentation details
- Making sure all documents and forms are up-to-date and fit for purpose and are available for easy access to relevant senior personnel
- Working to all GDPR requirements with the upmost confidentiality and sensitivity
- Any Adhoc duties that the role/your team requires
**Skills/Experience Required**
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Demonstrate a successful track record of well-developed interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels
- Experience in a similar HR administrative role, used to producing sensitive and confidential documents
- Excellent IT skills in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently & to tight deadlines is paramount
- Think outside of the box
- Team driven
- Full UK Driving license.
Salary will be commensurate with experience plus great benefits, including free car parking.
Full or Part Time available (minimum 5 hours per day Monday to Friday).
