**Duties and Responsibilities : -**
- Maintain Xero bank reconciliations
- To produce invoices and co-ordinate the request for payment of standard invoices, consultancy fees and incoming rents.
- To resolve payment and invoice queries and process payments when necessary.
- To establish and maintain an excellent working relationship with the Director.
- To assist in other areas of the business office as and when needed.
- Strong administration skills, preferably in a similar role with a keen eye for detail.
- Computer literate and basic Microsoft Office skills. (Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise demanding workloads.
- Basic Xero knowledge including payroll preferred but not essential. (Training provided)

**Who were looking for : -**
- Strong administration skills, preferably in a similar role with a keen eye for detail.
