An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Inspector covering Leeds and surrounding areas. Please note the successful individual will be working on a self employed basis and the hours of work can be discussed so this role will suit someone who does not want to be tied down. The payment for the role will be done on an hourly rate around minimum wage figure.

The Property Inspector will need to travel around Leeds and surrounding areas carrying out property inspections on different properties and follow up to the owners with a written report to inform the landlords if their tenants are looking after the property and if there are any maintenance issues.

The property inspector will work as part of our property management team and have full support from very experienced members.

Full training will be provided so no experience is necessary. Any successful applicants must have a clean UK driving licence

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: £5,000.00-£10,000.00 per year
