About the role

This position’s primary purpose is to manage website content updates and changes on an ongoing basis to reflect the Commerce & Digital marketing strategy.

What you’ll do in the role- Work on improving and creating product data and content across UK & EU websites to help drive sales through all channels- Assist in product and category merchandising on UK & EU websites- Assist with page, blog & products builds liaising with Creative Team as required- Contribute towards identifying functional enhancements to improve site performance- Liaise with internal development teams to brief in continuous improvements, and help with projects and translations for the website- Assist with daily reporting on key KPIs- Upload product data in conjunction with the marketing team and our developers- Work closely with customer support to resolve web issues and implement fixes- Assist existing and new web related projects- Contribute towards identifying functional enhancements to improve site performance- Check and ensure the accuracy of all displayed content on the website including copy, images, videos and prices- Use analytics tools to collect and analyse KPIs to drive further improvement of conversion rate and user experience- Undertake periodic competitor analysis and produce appropriate reports- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge ahead of season, relaying this information to the team- Periodic management of innovative CRO projects, and working with Digital Performance Marketer on optimization programme

What will help you do the job well

Essential:
- 0 - 2 years’ experience in Ecommerce- Excellent MS Office knowledge (Excel, PPT, Word)- Excitement about joining a midsize yet growing company with fast-growing brands
