Data Specialist

As a Data Specialist at Rapport Fundraising, you will be instrumental in managing, analysing, and optimizing data to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our campaigns. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in data management, analysis, and reporting, ensuring the seamless flow of information for both call centre activities and order fulfilment processes.

**Responsibilities**:
**Data Collection and Validation**:

- Validate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify any inconsistencies or errors in the data.
- Work closely with call centre agents and fulfilment house to ensure data consistency across platforms.

**Data Analysis**:

- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize telemarketing strategies.

**Database Maintenance**:

- Manage and update client databases regularly to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Regularly update and maintain customer databases, ensuring data integrity and adherence to data protection regulations.
- Implement data cleansing and validation processes to enhance overall data quality.
- Create and present regular reports on call centre and fulfillment performance metrics.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to improve operational processes and customer satisfaction.

**Collaboration with Sales and Marketing**:

- Work closely with senior management team to understand their data requirements and provide support in achieving campaign objectives.
- Contribute to the development for specific telemarketing campaigns.

**Compliance and Data Privacy**:

- Stay informed about data protection regulations and ensure compliance with privacy laws.
- Implement and enforce data privacy policies to protect client information.
