**Job summary**:
Support Assistants deliver an important role within 45 Cdo, providing a range of support across a number of roles within the Unit including HR, travel and clerical areas.
We are looking for hard-working and enthusiastic individuals to join the team in providing excellent customer service.
This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.
**Job description**:
This is a customer focused role where building and maintaining good working relationships and collaborating with personnel at all levels both internally and externally is crucial.
The post holders will provide high quality administrative support for the Headquarters Training Wing and Travel cells. They will provide efficient admin support and ensure the cost-effective provision of travel services, meeting or exceeding customer expectations and requirements. This busy role requires attention to detail and good digital literacy using various IT solutions including but not limited to travel booking tools, Office 365 and Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets.
To succeed in this role you should enjoy working as part of a team and be confident engaging with people.
**Person specification**:
Our ideal applicant will have good interpersonal skills with the ability to priorities and reassess their workload as tasks are received; a desire to deliver an excellent level of customer service and administrative support.

An apprenticeship is a combined package of work and training. Most of the training will be ‘on-the-job’, with the remaining ‘off-the-job’ training often delivered by a training provider. This means mínimal disruption and maximum impact.
Professional qualifications can be achieved through an apprenticeship and range from Level 2 (equivalent to 5 GCSEs), Level 3 (equivalent to 2 A Levels), and Levels 4 -7, which can give you a foundation degree, a full bachelor’s degree, or a master’s degree. Apprenticeships normally last between 12 months - 3 years, depending on the level of the apprenticeship.
