Renault Trucks are looking for an experienced Senior Business Controller to manage and support the day-to-day and reporting activities of the Business Control team. This role supports the UK and Ireland Market Company to achieve financial targets and increase our overall profitability.

The Business Control team are all based at our Head Office in Warwick. Our hybrid working model combines working in an office environment and working from home where suitable. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to be flexible during month end / forecasting deadlines.
**JOB SUMMARY**
- Provide strategic analysis to assist long term business planning and decision making.
- Co-ordinate/undertake month end, forecasting and other key accounting activities ensuring compliance with forecast schedule, prepare all relevant material to support Business Control (BC) Reporting & Planning.
- Coordinate monthly & quarterly financial reporting, including head-count reporting.
- Provide guidance, leadership, and management of key functions within Business Control Dept.
- Motivate, and support the Business Control team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including development plans for 3 direct reports and problem resolution.
- Undertake monthly deviation analysis including commentary.
- Create with the support of Business Control team, financial reports which identify results, trends, and risk analysis.
- Provide financial analysis that contributes to the improvement of overall business performance.
- Support the CFO in reviewing the performance against budget and financial targets and preparation of Board material
- Support and administer the Investment Management and Capex frame process.
- Document procedure and processes for Business Control Dept. covering the day-to-day, monthly, and forecasting operations, maintaining internal controls which will support the sharing of knowledge across the department.
- Implement continuous improvement, identify/deliver greater efficiency improvements across the business.
- To develop and maintain effective working relationship with FCA.
- Assist and be the go-to contact for internal/external audit requirements.
