**The Role**

The Sales Progressor is responsible for driving efficiency and maintaining oversight of company owned residential stock. Deliver exceptional service levels to those involved in the sale, including Estate Agents, Asset Managers, Solicitors and Company StakeHolders, who you will build strong working relationships with over time. As an organised and proactive critical thinker, with experience and knowledge of the residential sales process, you will add significant value to the organisation by showing creativitywhen solving problems. Your attention to detail and accuracy will mean that stock management notes and milestones are maintained in the company CRM, allowing for faster decision making and robust reporting throughout the organisation. The Sales Progressorwill maintain an up to date, in-depth knowledge of the company’s policies and procedures and play a key role in their evolution.

**The Core Duties**
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s stock pipeline
- Point of contact for business relationships including solicitors & asset managers
- Manage incoming offers and conduct negotiations on behalf of the company
- Conduct in-depth chain assessments and comment on deal viability
- Drive efficiency by being proactive, tactical and accurate at all stages of the sales process
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills
- Assess marketing performance of all properties listed for sale and provide recommendations to management
- Maintain company CRM accurately including key milestone dates and general notes to facilitate reporting
- Present to management during Stock Overview weekly meetings
- Maintain a thorough understanding of sales progression processes
- Demonstrate finesse and multi-tasking capabilities
- Liaise with asset managers and estate agents to assess listed stock performance
- Scrutinise Estate Agents feedback

**Working Hours**

Office based role (Shoreditch, London): Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
