Teaching Assistant Caerphilly:
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a new role? Are you a newly qualified Teaching Assistant looking to take your first steps into employment? Or are you someone with the transferrable skills to work within schools?

If so, I’d love to hear from you I’m currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work within primary schools in Caerphilly. You will need to be someone that is experienced and able to use your initiative within a class environment.

The role available will require you to work closely alongside the class teacher, following the structure and requirements of the lesson, whilst also being able to adapt to the emotional and academic levels of the pupils you work with. The ability to build a strong relationship with both the teachers and students is of vital importance.

In order to be considered for these vacancies you will need to have one of the following:

- A teaching assistant or social care qualification
- Experience of working with children (either paid or voluntary)
- Display transferable skills from another sector you could carry over.

Led by my client, this role will be part time, starting at 8:30am and ending at 3:30pm.
