Family Court Advisor (Qualified Social Worker) | CAFCASS: Early Intervention Team
- Experienced Children's Social Worker required to join CAFCASS' Early Intervention Team
- Hybrid working
- Office base: Stevenage
- You must have a social work qualification and full SWE registration as well as relevant experience to be considered
- Pay rate £41.50per hour

EIT workers conduct safeguarding interviews with the parties (remotely) and checks with the Local Authorities and with the Police - they combine this information, as well as any information we hold about previous proceedings, to make recommendations to the court that are considered at the first hearing.

The EIT team cover all work up to and including the first hearing dispute resolution appointments (FHDRAs). This is where they attempt dispute resolution with parents/parties where it is considered safe for arrangements to commence (akin to mediation)

Bedford

Luton

Watford

Hertford

Milton Keynes

To be considered, it is essential that you have a recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration as well as recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role.
