**The Vacancy**

You will be working with the TV Metadata Manager, overseeing the production and delivery of accurate and comprehensive schedule and programme metadata for the Viasat account.

You will be efficient at multi-tasking, managing effective workflows, and used to delivering high-quality content, while also inspiring the rest of the team to match that energy.
- Your main tasks will include the management of monthly workflows and day-to-day tasks on the Viasat account, ensuring that all deadlines are met in a timely fashion, acting as first point of contact with stakeholders at Viasat to oversee any change requests or issue resolution, as well as escalating any technical issues to the Services team.

You will assist your colleagues with their workload, and actively contribute to the ongoing improvement process to improve quality.

Leadership and development training will be provided.

**Other tasks will include**:

- Assisting the TV Metadata Manager with training, coaching, and mentoring of Metadata Editors working on the Viasat account.
- Assisting with translator recruitment and translator management.
- Responding to customer queries in a helpful manner.
- Maintaining regular contact with the customer through remote meetings to discuss account changes.
- Implementing and monitoring OKR objectives in relation to the Viasat account in line with departmental and Group objectives.
