Processing client and supplier invoices
Credit control and aged debt reporting
Liaising with our Accountants on all Payables Issues - Dealing with Client enquiries etc.
Processing expenses
Maintaining excellent supplier communication and making sure all suppliers are paid on time and all their queries are resolved efficiently overseeing the Accounts inbox
Assisting with migration of financial information to a new database - Templa
Providing administrative support for business and account management team
**Experience**
Experience of working in a finance department
Reporting and accurate recording of data
Proficiency with Xero or similar accounting system is desired
Strong organisational, numeracy and Excel skills
Good attention to detail and organisational/time-management skills
Confident in your communication skills with good commercial awareness
£27,000 - £32,000
Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
Office Based in NW8
