Applicants must be on the Specialist Register or within 6 months of achieving a CCT (or equivalent) at the date of interview with the appropriate training and experience in tertiary neonatal medicine.

The Neonatal Unit at The Royal Oldham Hospital is one of Greater Manchester's 3 Regional Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU) and provides the full spectrum of medical neonatal care. The state of the art unit is housed in the new purpose built Women and Children's Building and has 9 Intensive Care Cots, 9 High Dependency Cots and 19 Special Care Cots. The Unit is led by a dedicated team of experienced Neonatologists.
