**About the role***:
**Ansvar**, who are proudly part of the **Benefact Group**, are looking for a **HR Consultant** to join our **Brighton** office, with hybrid working.

You will develop and deliver an HR strategy in support of Ansvar business plan, ensuring alignment with Group HR Strategy

**Key responsibilities**
***:

- Act as trusted adviser to the Ansvar leadership team, leveraging HR expertise to inform the development and implementation of business strategy to deliver a sustainable, profitable return
- Develop a local HR Strategy that supports the delivery of the Ansvar Business strategy, underpinned by:

- Resourcing, talent and succession strategies
- Frameworks in support of being “a destination employer“ with “world class” levels of engagement
- Delivery of optimum operating model and structures
- Appropriate remuneration arrangements within the Group framework
- Support embedding of a high-performance culture
- Embedding and developing the Learning and Development programme
- Active Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda
- Delivery of effective compliance with HR policies
- Effective internal communications programmes
- In close partnership with the Shared Services team, support Group activity, leading and enhancing locally as appropriate:

- Recruitment
- Learning & Development
- Talent & Succession planning
- Corporate Responsibility agenda
- Identify and manage HR risks
- Manage employee relations cases end to end, referring to Group HR as appropriate
- Support and guide the business to plan resources requirements
- Plan, manage and maintain HR and FTE budgets tracking and reporting, in partnership with Finance teams
- Manage local Health & Safety matters, ensuring compliance with Group requirements, local regulations and ensure provision of an effective Office Services Function
- Work collaboratively with Group HR team utilising their areas of expertise, as well as HR peers across GI globally and the wider Group

**Knowledge, skills and experience**
***:

- CIPD qualified, MCIPD preferred
- Proven experience of developing and implementing people strategies to support achievement of business strategy
- Comprehensive generalist HR knowledge and experience - organisational development, resourcing, reward, engagement, performance management, HR operations, employee relations, employee benefits, L&D
- Good knowledge of UK Employment law
- Credible, with proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinker, with ability to translate strategy into operational delivery
- Track record of delivering cultural change, creating empowered and disciplined high performing teams
- Sound financial planning and budget management skills
- Sound HRIS and business systems skills
