**Position Overview**:We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our dynamic team. As a Welder at Aftech Engineering, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision in all welding operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret engineer's drawings to understand project requirements.
- Operate and maintain a variety of welding equipment and tools.
- Perform welding tasks, Must be able to Tig weld.( Occasionally Mig welding ) Bench test is required at interview.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely project completion.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Welder, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineer's drawings.
- Ability to work with various welding equipment and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and practices.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Welding certification is a plus.
