Your role will be working alongside our current team completing building and construction projects in Redcar and the surrounding areas. Our business model mainly focuses on working in properties that require complete refurbishments. We take on older properties that haven't been well maintained and start from scratch which allows us to create stunning new homes for the holiday let, tenant and student market.

We don't work for customers and build all of our own projects which allows you to work on various different sites and work with us contributing your skill sets to help us achieve our aim of bringing unloved buildings back to life and maintaining them thereafter.

You will have the knowledge and skills to carry out the following duties:

- Discuss plans and job instructions with site managers and prioritise competing tasks
- Work effectively with other team members on site
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when necessary
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial buildings
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
- Paint walls, repair drywall, and perform carpentry work as needed
- Understanding of general maintenance practices to ensure the upkeep of buildings
- Punctuality and time management

**Salary**: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Redcar and Cleveland, North Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
