We are looking to grow our project management capability to work with our product owners, business sponsors and partners to lead project delivery within our transformation programme

We’re recruiting for a **Scrum Master** who’s up for the challenge of working with us. This a permanent position, working 37 hours a week, with the flexibility of a mix of home and office working - our technical delivery teams are based out of our Portsmouth office.

**Here’s the facts about the role**:
The Scrum master will lead on one or more continuous improvement teams to help ensure the team deliver(s) their commitments to schedule and budget, with the appropriate level of quality. Using standard recognised tools and techniques to plan, review progress and ways of working, they ensure all continuous improvement initiatives are successful and achieve their goals.

You’ll guide the team and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers. You’ll drive team self-organising to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks whilst continuously assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organisation and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organisation.
