Stores Administration Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our Medical Equipment Management (MEMs) team.
You will work as part of a friendly, hard-working team to provide total medical equipment management services to Basildon, Southend and Mid Essex Hospitals.
You’ll be work collaboratively with departmental leads to ensure the smooth-running of our MEMs service across all areas including Procurement, Acceptance, Maintenance and Service.
As the MEMs store administration assistant, you will help coordinate clinical staff training, decommissioning and disposal of equipment.
If you are successful, you will support the Administration Team to deliver following services; Medical Equipment Library, Helpdesk, stock control, ordering and receipting of goods/equipment, Internal audit, management of contracts and financial compliance. All in accordance with ISO9001 Quality Management System.
