**About the role and our team**

Join the Courts and Tribunal Services as a Tribunals' Clerk

You’ll join our small, supportive and friendly Probate & Tribunals team who are focused on the effective delivery of customer-centered service in a statutorily driven environment.

**What can this role offer me?**

We have dedicated Learning & Development facilities, offering a variety of courses to develop your skills, along with role specific training and development.

Once you are settled into your new role, you’ll have the chance to be involved in cross-working across the Division, where you can undertake periods in different roles throughout the section to develop your knowledge.

The work is varied, challenging and demanding, but also rewarding. You will feel ownership of your area of work and be able to see the work through to conclusion in most cases. It’s an important role within the broader framework of the administration of justice. The role enables you to interface with a range of individuals included legally qualified Chairpersons and party representatives as well as litigants in person.

**Additional information**

Please note a standard police check is required for this post, which the Department will cover the cost of for you.

A full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required for this role.
