Bid, Marketing and Proposal Co-ordinator

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage the proposal development process from start to finish
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for proposals
- Write, edit, and proofread proposal content to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Develop and maintain a library of proposal templates
- Conduct research on potential clients and competitors to tailor proposals to their needs
- Manage proposal timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and other supporting materials for proposals
- Track and report on proposal metrics and outcomes
- Assist with marketing for the business

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in proposal coordination or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with the proposal development process and best practices
