**Job Title**:Rugby coach

**Location**: Ealing based

**Package**: Monday-Thursday 3:30-4:30pm

**Start Date**: September start

**Overall Purpose of the Job**:Rugby coach to join our team and inspire young athletes in mastering the skills and strategies of rugby.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and conduct engaging rugby training sessions for participants on Monday-Thursday 3:30-4:30pm
- Focus on skill development, team building, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all players.
- Assess and monitor players' progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate game schedules, tournaments, and other related events.
- Emphasize sportsmanship, respect, and adherence to safety guidelines during training sessions and games.

**Key Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**:

- Passion for sports - _Essential_
- Coaching experience - Essential
- Lived in the UK for the past 6 months - _Essential_
- Own a car and/or prepared to travel, within reason for various coaching opportunities - _Essential_
- Strong interpersonal skills allied to an outgoing, confident, and positive personality, allowing meaningful and effective relationships to be built at all levels - _Essential_
- Right to work in the UK (British passport holder, working visa, residence permit, UK issued birth certificate) - _Essential_
- Passionate about sport and increasing participation - _Essential_
- Hold a level 2 coaching qualification - Desirable
- Hold a DBS - _Desirable_

**Key Reporting/Stakeholder Relationships**:The role reports directly to the Operations and Coaches Network Manager

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £25.00 per hour
