As the Downstream Chemicals Service Delivery Coordinator - **based at location in Fawley, Hampshire** -** you will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution and on time service delivery for our Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals customers within the UK operations team. This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries.

As a Downstream Chemical Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Management and development of customer relations, account profitability and all functional elements of account management
- Reviewing work activities, job programs and design through collaboration with the sales team and understanding the client’s requirements
- Suggesting improvements to technical programs, products, processes and procedures, as well as preparing and updating of technical documentation including formal internal and external report writing
- Performing regular internal and external business reviews to ensure contractual performance is achieved and identify growth pathways within the account
- Management and troubleshooting of chemical injection and monitoring programs to exceed contractual KPIs
- Chemical inventory management, demand planning and replenishment within the specified account
- Maintaining internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a STEM Bachelor's Certificate from an accredited university or college
- Demonstrate experience in desalting, overhead corrosion control and fouling control.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal teams and customers
- Show the ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Have a proven track-record of growing a business and delivering profitable results
- Hold a full UK/International driving license
