Site Supervisor

To assist the Car Parks Officer with the day-to-day operations of Rhyl Central Car Park (RCCP) and Denbigh Multi Storey Car park (DMSCP), and to assist in developing processes and procedures for the efficient running of these facilities.

This post will predominantly be based in Rhyl and will be key in promoting these busy and important Car Park facilities to all users, and to promote a welcoming and helpful first point of contact for car park users and especially visitors who are unfamiliar with the local area.

To liaise with all users, Property/Building Maintenance and service providers to ensure the efficient running of both car parks and to assist in managing the Health and Safety, emergency, fire systems and building maintenance issues within both car parks to ensure optimum value to the Council and its services.

To manage the out of hours call out, site security (locking and unlocking provided by a private sector security company), and emergency response list and associated cover for the facility.
